Point to the region before asking for a revision

A message saying the left part looks wrong may refer to the wearer’s left, the viewer’s left or a cropped preview. Point to the actual region in a working copy before discussing a change. A precise request helps the photographer or editor understand the concern without pretending that the requester has already diagnosed its technical cause.

Identify the exact file and orientation

Use the selected filename and revision, keeping an unmarked image alongside the annotated copy. State whether any left or right wording refers to the viewer or wearer. A crop should retain a clear relation to the whole picture so the recipient can locate it. Do not write over the only original or mark private preparation material for public sharing by default. The annotation is a communication aid with an agreed audience, not a new final photograph.

Describe the observation and desired outcome

Point to one region and describe what you see, such as the pale trim merging with the background in this version. Then state the intended outcome, such as keeping that trim distinguishable. In a fictional 1000-pixel-wide preview, a point 250 pixels from the left is at one quarter of the width; if coordinates are used, agree the origin and whether they refer to the preview or original. The number locates a concern, not a physical garment measurement.

Let the responsible person propose the correction

Ask the photographer or editor which suitable change could address the issue while respecting the wearer and agreed image purpose. Do not demand a particular technical operation when the cause is uncertain. Review the actual revised file against the original concern and keep unrelated new requests separate. A completed feedback loop can say the trim is now understandable in the intended size, rather than merely announcing that the picture feels more professional.
