Check the delivered wig against the item you ordered
A delivered wig may look different from a styled reference without being a different product. Before drawing a conclusion, compare the package with the actual order and selected option. This is an organisation method for asking a clear supplier question, not a judgement about a defect, return entitlement or the outcome of a transaction.
Match the identifiers before judging appearance
Keep the product name, line, colour code and option from the actual order available. Compare them with the supplied labels and contents without discarding useful packaging information. If a label is absent or unclear, record that fact rather than guessing from colour alone. Remove private order details before sharing any comparison publicly. The first useful question may be whether the package contains the selected item, which is more precise than saying it does not look like the character.
Compare like-for-like supplied views
Use the supplier’s unaltered product description and relevant views, separating them from customer styling examples or your planned finished look. Describe a concrete difference, such as an identifier, missing listed component or unclear measurement. Do not alter the item simply to explore a possible problem before checking the seller’s current instructions and terms. A comparison taken from wildly different angles may be insufficient, so ask what evidence the supplier needs to understand the issue.
Ask one answerable question
Send the appropriate private support channel the exact reference and concise observed difference, following its stated process. Keep photographs relevant and avoid unnecessary personal information. Do not treat silence as confirmation of your preferred explanation or publish an unsupported accusation. Retain the response and any agreed next step with the item record. The aim is to let a real supplier distinguish a product-identification issue from an expectation about later styling, then respond through its actual process.
